Unsuitable for what purpose? There obviously not replacements for regular production cameras, but their nature enables us to get shots not previously possible. For example their are churches with very restrictive rules on camera placement. The HD170 Stealth is small and flat black, and can easily be hidden in my places including flowerpots, structural members, etc. The battery are large memory card allow it to run for hours unattended.
