Anyone use the Quickstream DV with the XL2?
I want a direct to disk solution, and I was wondering if anyone here used the Quickstream DV? If so, does it work well with the XL2(along with it's 24p and 16:9 settings) and FCP HD? Thanks for any input!

Not a lot of people here seem to have the QuickStream, so the
chance is not great of anyone using it with an XL2. Why not shoot MCE an e-mail? I'm sure they can answer your technical questions whether it supports 24p/16:9 and works with FCPHD!

How did it work out with the MCE quickstream
I have an XL2 also and am awaiting the MCE delivery. Have you used it with a tripod? If so any suggestions for a reasonably priced tripod for the XL2 connected to the MCE drive?
