4 channel audio?

I’m assuming the answer is yes. But I would like to know if the MCE Quickstrem records all four channels of audio when the Canon XL-1 is in 16 bit 4 channel mode.

Does it?

Someone please say yes.

Audio

The QuickStream DV captures all DV data coming off of the FireWire bus. If the camera writes it to tape then it is safe to assume that that same data is written to the QuickStream DV as it only captures data already compressed by the camera to the internal hard drive.
