Need help choosing - limited by local availability at DVinfo.net

Hello,
I went to my local photo/video shops and noticed a very poor choice in minidv tapes.
Please advise which would be suitable from these:

<> Panasonic AY-DVM60YE
<> Sony DVM-60PR3

Basically I either go the Sony line or the Panasonic, but we don't have Panasonic AY-DVM63PQ tapes here. :(

I could not find any Panasonic cleaning tapes, only Sony and I think JVC.
Can I use any cleaning tape?

edit: Or should I just take the extra shipping cost and order Panasonic AY-DVM63PQ from the UK?

for a wide choice of mini DV tape at pretty good prices.

Thanks, I know B&H, but the price is not that cheap, when shipped to Europe and our Customs Office taxes it.
I found a few EU shops selling those tapes, but it's a bit inconvenient,
although I'll probably order the Panasonic PQs from libraprobroadcast.co.uk
