Can the HVR-M15 Letterbox 16:9 DV?

Hi,
I have an M15 and can't seem to get it to letterbox 16:9 DV footage. Help!
I'm pretty sure the deck can do this, but can't seem to make it happen!
It will letterbox HDV downconverts, but what about std definition 16:9...for client dubs and to import "letterboxed" footage into FCP?
Hope someone who has this can help?
Thanks,

Brian Broz

NOPE......only works in analog. The I-Link will give you CROP or SQUEEZE.
The 10 and the FX-1, Z-1,HC-3....1 will give you letterbox via the i-link.
