Ancient tape cameras fixits or not

Does anyone have any repair information or links to suggest for two camcorder types.

Sharp Viewcam Video 8.VL-E79.

Sanyo Betamovie VRC 500P

The camera in the viewcam is not producing any signal it seems, The playback is fine although it needs cleaning and an alignment.

The Betamovie when power is applied emits a mechanical click as a servo relay does something but does not power up. The drum motor kicks momentarily when the power switch is turned on but that is as good as it gets.

I hope to get them into a semi-active state as movie props. A bonus will be to rehabilitate them well enough for recovery of old archives.
