DVC to Beta SP or DVC Pro
Hi Folks....
I'm done a :30 spot for cable insert advertising. The ad will be run by 6 different cable companies and all require either Beta SP or DVC Pro. I've shot the footage on a Panasonic AG DVC200, edited everything and recorded back to the DVC200. Does anyone know where I can get my DVC tape duped to Beta SP or DVC Pro... Any assistance greatly appreciated... David Bird |

Most professional duplication houses should be able to do that for you. Have you checked the phone book in your area?

David
Thanks....I talked with some dup houses in Memphis and St. Louis. Given my location, the Yellow pages are not much help :) Thanks again, David Bird |

well if you have used DVC200 it goes like this
You have shot - edited - copied back everthing Digital on to the Large DV (as panny DV200 doesnt like to use miniDV0 tapes then why the heck would you like to go down the generation in terms of quality in Analogue/Component transfer to BEta SP you shoudl go for DVCPRO thru a digital dub ie, thru firewire but all if your budget allow ... and why dont the statons play out your DV taoe directly as most of the DVCPRO decks will play a DV tapes as well. Rest is to your imagination any whoihc way you go BetaSP or DVCPRO. B !
