Minidv to DVHS cassette adapter
I was wondering if there are cassette adapters that will allow me to insert my mini dv tape into a DVHS cassette adapter to be played (or recorded) on my JVC DH30000U deck. I saw a QVC show where a SVHS player came with a cassette adapter which allowed smaller tapes to be played in the SVHS player. It gave me the idea to try and find this solution if it exists. If it exists where can I find one.
Thanks |

No, and please do not post your questions in multiple forums.

I only posted in several forums because I was uncertain as to which one properly dealt with this topic which uses several types of technologies. No harm was meant.

Here are some interesting notes on the DVHS format (which is MPEG2 and not compatible with MiniDV) ...uhhh...I actually just finished reading this article, and while it mentions the format occasionally, there actually aren't many interesting notes about it...sorry |
