VHS - Digital 8
Hi All.
I realise that this could be a touchy subject but I'm going to post anyway. I have a commercial VHS tape that is starting to degrade due to use. I wish to put it onto VD to preserve it before it gets too bad. My Sony Digital Camera will not record the VHS tape as it is copy protected. Is there anyway to get the VHS to either a) The Sony DV Cam or b) Vegas 4 ie bypass the copy protection I just want 1 copy for me to keep for the future. Any help appreciated

Since it is a commercial tape, is there any reason not to simply buy another copy of it?

Just the price Chris. One Doolar and my time Vs. $20. And the fact I've paid for it once, why again?
:)
