Discontinued HVR-M15U deck
I recently discovered that the Sony's M15U deck has been discontinued. Does anyone have a link to why or what will be it's replacement?

Both VTRs look identical and specs are the same. Does anyone know why?
update: BH photo webpage is not showing the older version specs on the older version webpage only the newer version. I'll research further.

The new AU can play 24fps in 60i. They are definitely NOT the same.
There may also be less obvious manufacturing changes. |
