Scott, Final update on my VF problem. Fixed! My guy got the part in no time, I brought the camera to him about 9AM and at 3PM I got a text from him that it was done. Wow. It's so nice to be able to turn the brightness down and still be able to see clearly. Appearently the film (or whatever they call it) coming off the LCOS is a problem but at least I know that it can be fixed and it's not a killer for labor and parts.
Thanks for the heads up on that, I never would have guessed!
