Joining MP4 files
I have a 750 and would like to know if there is there a way to join the 720p MP4 files w/o re-encoding? I have searched the web and all of the suggested programs (freevideojoiner, ffmpeg, mp4box, etc.) don't seem to work for me. I would like to do this to make editing easier.

Re: Joining MP4 files
XDCAM EX Clip Browser (look for version 2.6) that will re-wrap them into MXF format or use Device Explorer that's built into Vegas Pro.

Re: Joining MP4 files
Thanks Mike! The clip browser was just the ticket. I prefer to use it since I like to just pop the SD card out of the camera, rather than connect it to the computer.

Re: Joining MP4 files
Glad it worked for you Jerry.
FYI, I have used Device Explorer in conjunction with a USB card reader to accomplish the same thing but my preference is still the Clip Browser. |
