I lost many of my videoclips, recorded on 16 GB Transcend SDHC-cards, because the Transcend-SDHC are not the best quality, is it possible to restore, if not, I think the card is wrong and you lost all your medical Video-Data.

We also have the exclaimation mark problem with transcend card... It is a hit and miss thing with transcend. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

We have another sandisk 8GB and it works perfectly, everytime.

Free recovery software is available, but with the normal transcend errors, the software didn`t find the sdhc-card. I work with sdhc from Panasonic (Gold-Series), Samsung 6x (waterproof-series) and Xtrememory. Also Verbatim produces some errors during recording in JVC-Cams like the HM700.

Just a side note: The HM700 manual says, "Using cards other than those from Panasonic, Toshiba or SanDisk may result in recording failure or data loss." I've been using the SanDisk cards with zero problems so far. But I've heard of others using the Transcend cards with zero problems, too.

That is strange because I have been using Transcend and I have not had any problems with them.

I have 16 32 GB cards and 8 16 GB cards. I am going to have to keep my eye on this and make sure nothing happens.
