Your spot on right David. Since my last post, I have again called JVC, and they told me they would get back to me late that day with definitive answers, guess what, sweet eff A.
Sooo, yesterday I picked up a Sony EX3 from Prestons. Have to say I have always been looked after by them, all my previous kit has come from there, well recommended.
As for JVC pricing, couldnt care less now, they have lost a potential customer simply by not being bothered to show a bit of common courtesy.
