JVC GY-HM100 Luminance Level Range

What is "the best choice" for the luminance level range for displaying zebra pattern in this camera?
One can specify the upper limit (top) and lower limit (btm) of the luminance level range.
The default range is 70 % to 80 %.
I miss the help of the histogram in this camera ...

So 70%-95% would be a good setting. As he explains, it is matter of experience to select a good setting.
I will experiment with it.
