Marshall V-LCD50-HDMI
Is anyone using Marshall V-LCD50-HDMI (CLCD50HDMI V LCD50 HDMI) 5inch small 800x480 Camera-top / Portable Field Monitor with GY-HM100?
Specifically, is it good enough to calibrate from the camera - can you see all the black and grey shades on the colour bars? |

Re: Marshall V-LCD50-HDMI
Late reply, but... yes, feed it bars, adjust the pluge for blacks, click it over to blue-only for color.
I even use it with a matrox mini at my mac, since I have yet to spring for a wildly expensive production monitor. Biggest issue with the thing is the AA batteries (buy a dozen rechargeables) and the fact that when you pack it, it's very easy to turn the power on and kill a set of AA's in your bag. I cut out some scrap foam and use a domke wrap to pack it in a way that the power switch won't get tripped. |
