So presumably all your menus are now in Chinese and of course you can't read how to get back to English?

Okay, start from switching on and pressing the 'Menu' button on the side of the camera body.

You want 'Display Settings' which is the penultimate selection using the up/down toggle switch on the pull-out LCD display. Being penultimate, rather than toggling 'down' all through the settings, instead, toggle 'up' TWO settings - that should now be on Display Settings. Press toggle button to select.

Next, the first selection is 'Language' so don't toggle up or down simply press the toggle button in and you're into the Languages.

English is the second choice down, so toggle down ONCE and press the toggle button to select Engrish, sorry English ;-)

Hopefully that will do it....
