On avg what ISO is HM 100 rated.
All things being equal when shotting 0 db what are you guys rating the HM 100 in terms of ISO/ASA. 400, 325, or even slower. Just quickly getting up to speed on the camera.
Thanks, David

Anyone know if the hm100 has considerably higher lowlight sensitivity than the hd100?

At 720p HM100 produces much better image. DNR is ok, but the colors and motion is much better. And no drop-outs or capture problems. I am not impressed with 1080/24 or 30p, it just looks unnatural. I pretty much film at 720/60p, which gives me the most latitude.

Has anyone compared the low light performance of the HM100 and HMC40? I'm curious how they compare with no gain, and also with gain applied. Is the gain on the HM100 as clean as it is on the HMC40, or perhaps somehow even cleaner? I was really surprised to see that I could get real respectable images even applying 12dB of gain with the HMC40.

1080 does have a weird look on the HM100 but I think that it mixes fine and only really looks weird when you are viewing a still frame at 100%. When the video is going by it looks great. I would shoot 1080/30p on both and it should mix fine.
