HM100 pixel masking?
My HM100 started showing a hot pixel during the last shoot. Does anyone know if there is a way to mask the pixel with this camera (like we could with the HD100u)?
And strangely the hot pixel disappears if I use 6dB or more of Gain. Comments? Thanks. |

I phoned JVC tech here in the UK about this a while back - they said it requires connecting to a diagnostic computer to do it.

Thanks for the info, Les. I'll check with JVC USA next week.

It has already been confirmed that there is no user-accessible pixel masking routine in the HM100. There is another thread on this topic already.

Thanks Tim. I did a forum search before I posted, so I must have missed it, somehow.
