Hd200-MV-P615U MIC- audio - ISSUE
Hi Guys
I have recently bought the jvc -hd200 camera and have been using the mv-p615u mic which i had bought for my previous camera - gy-dv500. Not using the one that came with the camera but using their secondary mic. I do weddings, and what i have noticed is that we i'm facing away from the DJ's the sounds reduces quite a bit. facing the DJ's with their loud sound is all fine. But when i had the same mic on my previous jvc -gy dv500 i never had any problems what so ever...... do i need to set the settings on the camera.....under audio.......or is there a better mic for the HD200 SERIES then the one JVC reco,.....( p615u) any thoughts Rana |

I don't think the camera would make any difference, as long as your phantom power is on and you are seeing a good level in your audio meter.
I use a X-less mic on the DJ speaker in conjunction with the on-board mic so either way I'm covered. |
