Guarantee for the JVC HD100
The JVC and dealer in the Netherland has told me” If the camera is defect and you want to have it repaired under guarantee, you need to go to your dealer (in this case Promedia Store).
The dealer will fix the camera by himself or send it to Inter (VCD) B.V. ” That means I don’t have any international warrantee for this professional product? I bought the JVC HD100 in the Netherlands. I was in Singapore for a project in Asia. But the camera was suddenly dead. JVC services in Singapore charged me they for fixing. And the JVC in the Netherlands say that’ right, I have to sent the camera to the Netherlands and they will fix it. Please anyone of you here tell “If JVC in the Netherlands is right”? I bought an laptop from ASUS, it’s only 1000 Euro, I even get international warrantee in Vietnam. Why this 4000 or 5000 EUr product can’t? |
