720p 24 ?
Hello
For the first time i'm shooting test shots in HD using the Dr-hd100 with my 110 first shots were 720p 30 down loaded to my PC pics were great the sound was great. then 720p 24 pics were great, sound was good but i could hear a slight noise in the back ground. When shooting in 24 does it change the audio at all. or could it be theDR HD100 CAUSING IT. Never have any audio problem when shooting SD I shot everything over again but the slight noise was still in the audio Oh by the way when i shut down the camera with the DR connected My computer at 10 ft. away from the camera and not (connected) i get a firewire disconnect sound from the computer My firewire is a 4in Thanks Joe |

I don't know about your sound issue. This is the first I've heard of anything like that so I would try to eliminate any other variables in a controlled environment.
The HD110, HD200 or HD250 will instruct the DR-HD100 to shut down when the camera is powered off if that option is selected in the OTHERS menu.
