Can anyone help with contacting JVC Service

My HD100 firewire port is no more and i need to get it fixed stat. Can anyone tell me how to get things swinging? I e-mailed my local reps but haven't heard anything back.

Simply take the camera to the service center in Cypress, CA for repair.
