New IDX battery kit for JVC from B&H - incomplete ?
Hi all. I hope I'm just missing something basic.
I bought this IDX kit from B&H Photo for my HD-100U: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/cont...goryNavigation It's got JVC's brand and everything but the adapter plate is just a housing, a flat plate with a gasket, and that's it. There's nothing in this kit that will enable me to plug the thing into the HD100 battery slot. How in the world could they sell that ? The pictures I see of HD100s with the IDX kit installed have a protrusion that's shaped rather like the little standard batteries. This protrusion appears to plug into the legacy battery bay and bridge to the adapter plate. But it's certainly not included in the kit above ! It's like getting a Ferrari and being told, "Everything's there but the distributor." Stephen H |

That's a misprint on B&H's part. That kit is for the HD200/250.
The Sku# is right, but product info is wrong. LEHD250KIT You should notify B&H right away and let them know that you need kit LE-HD100KIT http://pro.jvc.com/prof/attributes/f...&feature_id=01
