Saturation and skin colour with HD201 at DVinfo.net

Hello Everyone
I spent a lot of time on my camera settings. My problem is : I would like to set max saturation (like in many commercials) but not over-colour. I noticed when i gained colour MAX,then faces and skin tones were too red or pink even i tried set white balance correctly. Maybe I should use skin colour adjust, but how??? I've never used it before. I still compare my HD201 colour settings to Panasonic DVX100 where i used colour gain to MAX , contrast (MASTER PED -11) Colour TEMP was very WARM but the faces and skin colours stay OK. How can i achieve these effect with HD201??
Any comparsions HD201 or HD100 to DVX100 settings?
