Scott - welcome, and I agree. The first several shoots with my 250 left me feeling a little queasy. It shoots like shoe leather out of the box. I used Eric "GoGo" Gulbransen's settings and adjusted from there...dang near anything is better than the defaults. I just couldn't believe the 10k I just dropped couldn't shoot better than my dinky Sony HC-3...

I've gotten some exceptional video since then, but still find it a lot more challenging that I thought to get awesome video from it.
