Libraprobroadcast.co.uk reference ?
Hi,
do not know if this belongs to this forum. Anyone had an experience with www.libraprobroadcast.co.uk ? I made an order of JVC 200 kit with TH 17x5 lens, paid the money on 20.4. and since then they ignore my emails. I do not know what to do now. Thanks Petr |

Hi!
I have never heard of that shop. Have you tried to call them on the telephone? If you paid with credit card, maybe there's a way to get your money back, isn't there? If you're sure it's a fraud, some credit card companies may have insurance for those situations... i don't know. I wish you the best. |

I'd telephone them: ++ 44 (0)1527 853305 to check if everything is OK. I've never had any dealings with them or heard of them, however, they're listed in one of the online industry directories.
Unfortunately, people can ignore e-mails if they're busy. |

We have dealt with the rep in Scotland and they are a "real" company - but we were not really that taken with the level of service (ignored emails etc), so we used another dealer - more expensive but its been worth it.
As mentioned - if you have paid by credit card you may be covered.... we were able to get our money back via this route with a supplier who was causing us problems. All the best.... Stu www.studioscotland.co.uk |

I've bought stuff from them. They are totally above board but I wouldn't buy from them again after very iffy levels of service.
