HD250 Cassette Door:
Does anyone know if there is a manual way to eject the cassette, like the old beta cams? The reason I ask is sometimes the door does not open and eject the tape completely. I just got this camera a week and half ago, and I can't believe it may have to be shiiped to JVC, I have'nt even used it yet, I was just testing it and it was happening. I need it for the next few days, and can't send it in now. So, a quick fix untill then would be appreciated.
Thanks |

Carl,
Sorry to hear of your trouble. I don't think there is a manual eject. Have you called our toll free tech support line? See info at the top of the forum for how to do that. Keep in mind also that we have a 30 day swap-out part of our warranty. This can be done through your dealer, or through JVC directly. Contact your dealer about this, or go to this website for details: http://pro.jvc.com/prof/support/pepolicy.jsp Regards,
