SD60P to 25FPS?

Hi there,

Am I barking up the wrong tree or can i do the following... and if so how do i do it?

Capture HDV-SD60P and play it back in a 25P timeline (whether HDV or SD PAL)

Thanks,

J

If you are on a Mac, you take the .m2t 60P file and open it in MPEG Streamclip. Then you need to transcode it to AIC. FRAME RATE = 59.94. After this point, you open the 60fps clip in Cinema Tools. Then do a Conform (pick your frame rate) and you are done.
