Firmware update for BR HD50 in Europe? at DVinfo.net

Hi,
Sometime last year a firmware update was released for BR HD 50U. The U version is for United States. Does anyone know if there is a similar update for the BR HD50 the European version. Or if the firmware update from JVC America works on the European version too?

yes there is and it's on the JVCPRO website, but you can't navigate directly to it! Probably just a web site error?

rather irritatingly it's not visible from the homepage but accessible by doing a google.co.uk search. However, I'm yet to see if I actually need the upgrade available as I only purchased my BRHD50 in December. Hope that helps!
