On-Camera Light Question

The link below shows an on-camera light that is bundled with the JVC HD110U on one of BH's camera kits.

I'm not understanding what an "SDX (Power Tap) Connector" is? How would this work on my camera? What powers it? I'm using IDX batteries. Thanks.

The light will plug into the socket on the righthand side of your IDX battery mount plate and be powered by your onboard IDX battery.
