Hello Suffian, and welcome to dvinfo.net.

"Better" is a word we don't like to use on dvinfo to compare cameras. These two cameras are different in almost every way except for 1/3" CCD, 720P24,25,30,50,60 capture.
Besides, asking this question in this particular forum will likely result in the opposite opinion if you asked the same question in the HVX forum.

I suggest testing both cameras yourself to make your own determination based on your current and future needs. Most professional dealers will allow testing of a floor model.

Please feel free to ask any other questions about the HD250 in this forum. A few of our members already have theirs. If you have questions about the HVX200, then ask them in this forum.

Closing thread.
