Using the XLR on HD100U
I have an interview style shoot and no wireless mics right now. Going to use the xlr for the mics I have. Have others using the xlr on the HD100U been happy with their results or ......? Any pitfalls?

They've worked fine for me.
I did upgrade to a AT4073a and the camera powers it just fine. |

Glad to hear it. I haven't had the HD100U for very long and still experimenting. Thanks for the input.

Definately get a good mic like a senn or AT. The supplied mic is not very good.

HD100U mic
Hi Stephen,
I have several mics with the xlr cable and going to try them out until I can choose the wireless ones I need. Thanks for the reply. I need all the info I can get. Best, Lisa |
