Getting the look I want

Hey,
I was hoping to get a certain look for an upcoming short film. It will have a lot of foliage, and will be shot in cool, bright light (i hope).
I want the greens to be very bright, yellowy-green, and a little blown-out. I still want skin tones to look appealing.
Any ideas how I would start tweaking the camera's setting to try for this? I will experiment, but would like tip in the right direction.
I have been very happy with Paolo's TCv3, so that is my starting point.
