Lost Eyepiece / Eyecup ... HELP?
Hello HD100 owners. After shooting a live run-and-gun club shoot a week ago, I returned to my car horrified to find that the eyecup had fallen off!! Not the entire wired LCD eyepiece, just the circular piece with the soft rubber eyecup.
I looked on JVC's website but didn't see any info for replacement parts. Any idea on how/where to order this replacement part? |

I have been trying to figure that out as well. I broke the same part and that cheap slider cover that protects the vtr controls. The camera is a tank but these little plastic pieces are way too brittle.
Is there a way to order these parts? Carl? Are you out there? |

Can't promise anything but you might try this guy at the midwest service center. He's a Senior Regional Sales Engineer and took real good care of me and my 5000U before.
Robert Yarosh, email; ryarosh@jvc.com. Located in Aurora Illinois Maybe he can help you out with where to order parts. Don B. |

Parts ordering
Hi Webb,
To order replacement parts, call 1-800-JVC-JVC5 (1-800-582-5825). Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. You can also go to www.jvcservice.com to order SOME parts. This information is right there on our website, www.jvc.com/pro. Click on "Customer Support" tab. Regards, Carl P.S. The website is down right now. Try tomorrow.
