JVC Tech Support in U.S. / Latest ProHD Firmware Updates
Carl Hicks just sent me a reminder that the actual tech support phone # for
U.S. Pro Support is 1-800-582-5825 This phone is manned 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday. This website has additional support information: http://pro.jvc.com/prof/support/index.jsp If you need additional assistance, please contact your reseller. If your reseller cannot assist, then please ask them to get their JVC District Manager involved. Avoid phoning other published JVC Customer Service numbers because they may just send you to the consumer division, which won't be as helpful for ProHD product issues.

Contacting your JVC rep in the U.S.
Hi Tim or Chris,
I see customer issues sometimes in which the customer needs to contact their sales rep for assistance. Could you please post these instructions as a sticky? Thanks, Carl FYI for all reading this: It's easy to find the name and contact info for your JVC rep. (in the U.S. that is) Just follow these steps: 1. Go to our pro website: www.jvc.com/pro 2. Pull up the page for the product in question, for example, the GY-HD110U. 3. On the left side of this page, click on the "Contacts and Dealers" link. 4. Enter the zip code for your dealer. (Or enter your zip code if you are looking for an authorized dealer) 5. The JVC sales rep and sales engineer that services that zip code will be shown, along with the dealers that cover that zip code.
