Broken connector on my HD100

Just a warning to everyone: on the last day of our grueling, 10-day shoot, one of the output connectors on my HD100 broke off. It's the "VIDEO/Y" connector. The little metal outer ring broke off. We did a quick fix by putting some Gorilla Glue on the ring and setting it back in place, and it was fine for our remaining half day of shooting. It didn't affect any inner circuitry, because we could still use the monitor after our temporary fix. But it *is* something to be aware of: treat those connectors with TLC! We were being careful, but apparently not careful enough.

Obviously, I'm sending it in to JVC for repairs. Anyone else have this problem?

BTW, in every other way, the camera performed flawlessly. We got some great pull focus shots, effective DOF shots, and all-around great footage. Other than that little glitch, I couldn't be happier.
