Real Time Display Wrong On Battery at DVinfo.net

I've noticed that the display on my Anton Bauer Battery is incorrect. I'm starting to think it's a problem with my camera as I've now exchanged 2 AB batteries and one Titan Twin charger already thinking they were the source of the problem. Has anyone else had the same issue? I now think it's been the camera all along. The issue is when I charge the battery then put it on my camera it reads "3" the whole time I use it until it just suddenly dies while still reading "3". There is no count down in other words; 3,2,1 etc. The battery still lasts me hours of shooting but it's annoying as hell never knowing how much time I've got left on it. Any thoughts?

BTW I understand that the "A" upgrade, which I've yet to get, will fix the nonexistent "Real Time Display In the Camera viewfinder" which was advertised by AB and JVC- but not functional.
