LIVE CAPTURE 720p 30fps ON FCP

Is it possible to do a live capture with the HD100 fire wire to my G5, using final cut?

manny,
in fcp5, yes. you can capture and edit natively.

I don't think you can capture LIVE you would need a konah card or so.

Did you try and convert this to DVCproHD and 24p -
