New firmware. New problem?
Hello,
I got my camera back from JVC with the firmware updated. Most of my problems where fixed but I can't make it work with the DVRACK anymore. When I conect the camera to the laptop the system detect it and it works fine in VCR mode (with PPro) but when I switch to camera mode the image is freezing. I tried with different laptops and diferent camera ( firmware updated too) and it was the same behaviour. Before the firmware update I used to work with the DVrack trial version and everything was smooth and nice. I suspect the firmware version because the same dvrack on the same system (xp home sp2) with the same cables work fine with the sony cameras that I have. Any help is wellcome. Thanks in advance, Eugen |

Unfortunately they didn't tell me what is the 'name/number' of the last firmware. I will try to find out.
