Software need
Hi Robert,
As I've stated before, the best way to get issues resolved is to get your local JVC Pro people involved. E-mails to a general delivery mailbox are sometimes not effective. Direct contact with a person responsible fo your area is always more effective. How do you find out who your contacts are, you may ask? Use the contacts and dealer locator feature on our website. Go to the website, and then click on the "Contacts and Dealers" link on the left side. Then enter your zipcode. You will be shown the contact info for the JVC District Sales Manager and Regional Sales Engineer that support your area. http://pro.jvc.com/prof/Attributes/f...&feature_id=01 Contact these people for assistance.
