No you save picture profiles in the scene menus. You can assign quick variables to the user 1,2 and 3 buttons using the switch mode menu. eg you can assign one button to bars and another to B.Stretch 2 or a preset colour temp (whatever it is for that profile). There are a limited but useful array of presets.
