Purchasing: UK & USA
I noticed the "Where to buy" discussion was closed", I couldn't find a "Where to buy" section for the UK :*(
BUT... someone said to me if I wanted to buy some equipment, I should go to bhphotovideo, because their stuff is so much cheaper than the UK. Anyone from the UK know about buying stuff from the USA? Also, are we allowed, and is it compatible?? Cheers =) |

B&H is one of the most trustworthy and cheapest dealers in US, but they don't have the PAL version of the HD100 (HD100E or HD101E). It is allowed to purchase there, but you'll have to pay taxes and VAT when it arrives to your country. I live in Portugal and ordered mine from UK, not the best price I could find but I decided to purchase it from an authorised dealer and I advise you to do the same because as all we know some units have issues. UK is probably the cheapest country to buy in Europe, I wouldn't search on another one if I'd live there. . E-mail me if your interested to know where to buy in UK
