Does anyone know ballpark how many hd100's have been sold in North America, or Worldwide at this point?

That isn't public information at the moment, but if they announced it you would find the info here:

The fiscal reports don't usually discuss actual product numbers, but how much yen each division made/lost. The HD100 is in the Professional division.
