FCP and 25p?

We are about to buy this camera so I want to make sure that it is fully compatible with FCP 5 and Decklink Extreme using 25p. I have tested the camera at 30p without trouble capturing and editing.

Will it work just as good if i set the camera to shoot in 25p?
Or what work arounds do I need to do to edit and output 25p?

Thanx in advance!

I tried it in 24p and it doesn't work. FCP can edit 24p clips but it cannot aquire it from the GYHD100. This is aknowledged by Apple in their compatibility list. Hopefully it will be fixed with one of the upcoming patches but for now you better off shooting in 30p

25P in FCP is almost just as problematic as 24P right now. The good thing is that the TC will be :00 ~ :24 just like standard EBU PAL.

Maybe if someone here has the time they would be kind enough to shoot and capture a 720P25 clip with HDVxDV and/or LumiereHD and upload it for you.
