Street price on the HD100 at DVinfo.net

Hi guys Im actually buying the HD100 tomorrow and I would like to know how much you bought your cams for, anywhere around the world actually because Im buying the HD100j and I think the street price is alot higher than the cams in the US so please give me your feedback I have less than 12 hours actually.

In Belgium (europe): +/- 7000 euro, i.e. +/- 10.000 USD (that is VAT included)

Around $7000 CDN in Canada. (That would be equivalent to 4800 Euro, $5800 U.S., or 663000 Yen)

Oh, I'm sorry, I was talking about the HD101, the HD100e (here) is just +/- 6500 euros (VAT incl.)

3250£ (+/-4800€) plus VAT in UK on an authorized JVC dealer. Keep this in mind, the HD100 is a camera with lots of issues. Many of us have to return our first unit for replacement, it is very important that you purchase yours on an authorized dealer even if you'll have to pay a bit more.
