Battery solution?

http://www.broadcastbuyer.tv/publish/article_5681.shtml

5 hours...this relieves a lot of my worries about this camera.

Having ordered my HD100, I was pretty excited to hear about this. I'm gonna have to order a few.

Yes,this is greate news. The originalbatterys that comes with the camera lasts for about 30 min in rec-mode and not much longer in standbay:(
You have to bring many.

The question right now is, at least for me, to get my hands on one of this Gold mount adapters. Cant find a place on the hole planet that have them in stock for delivery.

On Anton Bauers page it says NOW SHIPPING.

But where do they shipp them?

IDX also makes a V-mount adapter that is being sold by JVC U.S.

A/B realtime interface

Hello All,
I hooked up the camera to an A.B. plate witha a Dionic 90 battery. I don't see the "Realtime Interface" information in the viewfinder, just the voltage meter...not a big deal being that the battery has readout, but just curious if there is a way to display this handy information on the viewfinder.

I got one last Friday from EVSonline. They had several but whether they're still in stock I don't know.

Mel what voltage does your battery read? If it's 8.0V you'll have to swap it out for the correct version (7.2V). Anton Bauer are doing this at no charge. AB are claiming the no realtime readout is a software problem with JVC (Richard Walshe Gencom Australasia AB distributor is replacing my mount tomorrow)

Thanks for the "heads up" , John. The readout starts out 8.0V but then goes to 7.2V after powering on. I guess no realtime readout....oh well.
