Jvc cu-vh1-hdv
ok I couldnt sell my GY-HD100 with a blown firewire port so I guess its going back into service. I am thinking of getting this.JVC Professional Technical Description page
any thoughts?? I just want to use it for capture. |

Why don't you have the HD100 firewire repaired? I recently checked with several JVC authorized service companies and got $300-$400 prices for my HD200. It would be a lot less expensive than buying another piece of equipment.
