GY-HD250CHU image problems
Hello, I'm working with a GY-HD250CHU and the footage shows a color disalignment, the blue and yellow move a little and the picture looks like ghosts or something, I've attached a picture with the problem

Have you tried a different lens? Does it happen no matter what you shoot, or only when you are shooting high-contrast situations?

It happens with other lenses too, the problem now is constant no matter how open or close is the iris

well looking at one image with the arrows, that simply looks like CA, but the inside image seems something is definitely amiss there. Has somebody possible mucked around with your white shading or something??
Otherwise if it happens on multi lenses it has to be a ccd prob or something |

Re: GY-HD250CHU image problems
Here are some steps I can think of:
First - restore everything to default/factory settings. 1. Is the color issue on the LCD or also on the footage when viewed on a computer? If also on the computer - 2. Is it present in both firewire and tape recordings? If yes, then - 3. Is it present under all recording formats and frame rates? If no, then - which formats/fps rates are causing the issue? If yes, then - 4. Connect the camera to a component output. This is the output that also has the best color information (4:2:2). Does the problem persist? If yes, then you will have to take it a qualified repair center and brace yourself for bad news. All the best.
