What to shoot?

Ok,
If you had a hd-101e and you were shooting a video that was going to be cut using fcp5 and ultimately delivered on dvd, what frame rate/ format would you shoot it in?
Just got my new camera and are spoilt for choice when it comes to format and want to know how to get a best quality result for my client.
Any ideas?
